I’ve been traveling this week, but was honored to be a guest on three recent podcasts that I’d like to share. These three hosts are truly engaged and engaging, and two of them host podcasts on which I am grateful to be a frequent guest. We always have inspiring conversations, and I invite you to give them a listen: they cover all kinds of subjects!
Allie Brooke and I always have great conversations, and this is the third time I’ve been invited as a guest on her podcast, The Growth Mindset Gal. This time, we explored one of the sticky points of “religion:” patriarchal issues and the balance between the masculine and feminine archetypes in spirituality.

Dr. Jeff Armstrong of We Have a Spiritual Problem invited me back for another discussion on the power of “F#*k” and "Wow!!”, or the importance of radical non/duality in spirituality during challenging times. We also explore empathy and how our current crises present a unique spiritual opportunity to make different choices. These are some of my favorite subjects, and Jeff is an amazing host. I hope you enjoy it.

Dr. Jeanette Gallagher of Wellness Radio and I had a wide ranging conversation about the importance of our own spiritual experience and how the 10 words can serve as guidance during these challenging times. We explore:
How do we find support to navigate the new world? How do we explore and experience on a deeper level of knowing?
How can we find our own instincts and intuition that are innate inside of us and perhaps we have not even recognized them?
What are some words that can guide you to find your own spiritual path through human evolution at this time?
Can we become better people or perhaps we can start to pay attention to what we give out, receive, and spew into this world?
When we get stuck in our life, we use past experiences and stories to filter our present experience to create a world that we can identify with. What happens when our identity becomes challenged or starts to fall away? Is fear part of the story in how much we engage with in this world?

I hope you enjoy listening and I’ll be back next week in words with a new theme for April - Joy!!! Yes, I know it’s a hard one right now, but even more important in challenging times.
