For those of us who are word-junkies, words matter. We spend our days (and many nights) pondering the meanings, use, etymology and contexts of words. These days, as words are scrutinized, weaponized and twisted to mean things they never meant before, our focus on words is even more urgent.
I was very fortunate to have an interview with Rev. Sarah Bowen, an author and animal chaplain, about words, but especially the words in my book, TEN WORDS: AN INTERSPIRITUAL GUIDE TO BECOMING BETTER PEOPLE IN A BETTER WORLD, that appears in this month’s Spirituality & Health.
I invite you to give it a read.
From the introduction….
“…a few days later, a new book appeared in my mailbox: Ten Words: An Interspiritual Guide to Becoming Better People in a Better World. Author Lauryn Axelrod believes the world’s many faith and wisdom traditions can be distilled into just 10 words we can use as a guide for living into our potential. I reached out to ponder them with her.”
